Swing Catalyst - Balance Plates

The Swing Catalyst Balance Plate adds an important dimension to golf instruction. It provides the instructor with critical information that will lead to a better understanding of the golf swing.
The Balance Plate, consisting of more than 2000 high-resolution pressure sensors, provides detailed foot pressure data, accurate pressure distribution, real time center of pressure (CoP), and CoP patterns.
All are elements that cannot be determined by the best trained eye or even expensive high-speed cameras.
The Swing Catalyst Balance Plate data is perfectly synchronized with high-speed video images as well as data from the most popular ball/club tracking devices.

Swing Catalyst - Dual Force Plates

The Swing Catalyst Dual Force Plate provides independent information about the contribution of the left and right foot in developing the ground reaction forces (GRFs) necessary to produce powerful and accurate golf shots.
The Dual Force Plate gives you access to all the same force plate information as the Motion Plate, including total horizontal shear force, vertical force, and torque. Additionally, with the Dual Force Plate, you are able to study the individual horizontal shear forces, the individual vertical forces, and the individual free moment (twisting forces) produced by each foot. The Dual Force Plate also provides the location of the individual center of pressure (CoP) on each foot as well as the line joining them.
As with all of our sensor plates, the Dual Force Plate data is perfectly synchronized with high-speed video images and data from the most popular launch monitors in the Swing Catalyst software.
Employing the latest technology, our PGA instructors use the Swing Catalyst to analyze your swing and deliver results. The golf swing is measured by using perfectly synchronized, high-speed video cameras and launch monitor data; studying details and patterns within the Dual Force Plate’s 3D horizontal, vertical force, and foot-pressure measurements; and analyzing generated torque and ground-reaction forces. With this data in-hand, our world-class PGA instructors can determine swing faults faster, decrease shot dispersions, and increase distances for every golfer’s game.
